El asesinato de la futura Isabel I de Inglaterra en 1554 cambia la Historia: el Papa celebra misas en Londres; en la BBC, en vez de sus estupendas series, solo dan series familiares con chachas andaluzas; y los Beatles no existen. Ante esta pérdida y también porque en ese año Felipe, el heredero del emperador Carlos, es rey consorte de María I, el Ministerio decide intervenir.
Más tarde, Pacino, Alonso e Irene viajan a un país enfrentado entre católicos y protestantes para impedir el regicidio. Allí se encuentran con un ambiente hostil, con el gran Duque de Alba, ídolo de Alonso. Además, también conocen a un joven Felipe lleno de dudas, bien distinto al que luego dominaría el mundo. Pero, sobre todo, descubren a la verdadera mujer que hay detrás de la reina que pasará a la posteridad como Bloody Mary.

The assassination of the future Elizabeth I of England in 1554 changes History: the Pope celebrates masses in London; On the BBC, instead of their great series, they only show family series with Andalusian chachas; and the Beatles don’t exist. Given this loss and also because in that year Philip, the heir of Emperor Charles, is King consort of Mary I, the Ministry of Time decides to intervene.
Later, Pacino, Alonso and Irene travel to a country in conflict between Catholics and Protestants to prevent regicide. There they encounter a hostile environment, with the great Duke of Alba, Alonso’s idol. Furthermore, they also meet a young Felipe full of doubts, very different from the one who would later dominate the world. But, above all, they discover the real woman behind the queen who will go down in posterity as Bloody Mary.
